The result, now available to the general diving population, is the Rapid-Diver? BC (Patent Pending).
The Basic Integrated System consists of;
* The BC with 25 lb lift capacity.
* Power Inflator & LP Hose.
* 20 cu ft Aluminum Cylinder (black or silver).
* Zeagle RaZor Valve/Regulator with 44 inch hose.
* Submersible Pressure Gauge.
* Remote Shoulder Dump.
* Front Mount Tank Straps for 6,13,20 & 27 cu ft capacity cylinders.
* Adjustable load-bearing Back Pad.
* Adjustable Crotch Strap.
The unique features of the Rapid-Diver?, make it particularly suitable for certain types of dives and conditions. Its quick easy donning makes it an excellent choice for Spur-of-the-Moment diving opportunities. Its light weight makes it a perfect choice for dives that require a long walk or wade to the dive sight, such as seasonal lobster or oyster dives. Divers who are unable to wear or bear the weight of conventional scuba gear will appreciate the comfort and light weight of the Rapid-Diver. The Rapid-Diver features a unique shoulder load-bearing harness that distributes the weight of the system evenly over the users torso. The Rapid Divers small size makes it easy to stow and use on a small boat or kayak.
